The system uses a large channel CAS.(ZX) composite membrane (high temperature and acid-base resistant), fully stainless steel hard pipe connections, sanitary grade rotor pumps, and frequency control to completely achieve a closed production of pharmaceuticals. Production, cleaning, and disinfection are all piped, greatly reducing cross-contamination during production, in compliance with GMP requirements, and has been included in the directory of pharmaceutical machinery.

Main uses: terminal sterilization filtration of biological products, serums, injections, and oral liquids in the pharmaceutical industry; air sterilization filtration for antibiotic fermentation tanks; clarification and sterilization filtration for traditional Chinese medicine preparations and beverages; terminal filtration of deionized water in the electronics industry, etc.

This filter is made of SUS316L stainless steel. It meets GMP requirements, and the sealing ring and hose are made of silicone rubber, ensuring good sealing and durability. It can undergo high-temperature sterilization and features a uniquely designed imported laser perforated sieve plate from Filter Company, which maximizes the integrity of the filter membrane during use. This filter uses a membrane-type filter membrane, allowing for the combination of single-layer (single pore size) or multi-layer (multiple pore sizes) filter membranes. It provides optimal sterilization effects for high-viscosity and suspended sample solutions, with filtration precision of 0.22/0.45/0.65um.
