Product Description
The system uses a large channel CAS.(ZX) composite membrane (high temperature and acid-base resistant), fully stainless steel hard pipe connections, sanitary grade rotor pump, and frequency control to completely achieve a closed production of pharmaceuticals. Production, cleaning, and disinfection are all piped, greatly reducing cross-contamination during production, in compliance with GMP requirements, and has been included in the pharmaceutical machinery directory.
Application range:
The FLT-Zx large channel clarification filtration system is mainly used for the decoction extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, clarification filtration after alcohol precipitation and water precipitation. It can effectively filter out impurities, greatly improve the clarity of the extract, reduce the number of alcohol and water precipitation, and shorten the extraction process cycle. It minimizes contamination and oxidation factors in the extraction process, replacing plate and frame filtration.
Applicable to:
Preliminary clarification and separation of impurities from compound Danshen, Da Qing Ye, Hawthorn leaves, Siberian ginseng, Shuanghuanglian, Dendrobium flower, safflower, fragrant herb, Huo Xiang, and various plant extracts.
