Product Description
The system uses imported ceramic membrane components as the filtering medium, connected by all stainless steel hard pipes, equipped with diaphragm pressure gauges and diaphragm valves, sanitary-grade rotor pumps. The membrane component's retention pore size can be configured according to the customer's product requirements and characteristics (0.1μm, 0.2μm, 0.45μm, 0.8μm, 1.2μm, 2.0μm).
Application range:
The FLT-TD series filtration system is widely used in the clarification process of biopharmaceuticals, genetic engineering, natural plant extraction, etc., with significant clarification effects, long service life, easy cleaning, and acid-base resistance.
Applicable to:
Clarification and purification of animal organ extracts (thymosin, transfer factor, brain protein, sheep placenta extract, earthworm enzyme, heparin sodium, chondroitin sulfate); clarification and purification of fermentation liquids (lactase, papain, bromelain); natural plant extracts (Siberian ginseng, Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, hawthorn leaves, safflower, corydalis tuber, etc.).
