Application range:
The FLT-Vx series filtration system is widely used in various traditional Chinese medicine water injection preparations, freeze-dried preparations, large-volume infusions, antibiotics, and the removal of sensitizing substances, impurities, hemolytic impurities, and pyrogens in small molecule drug solutions. It effectively removes pyrogens, allowing the pyrogen standard to be controlled within the pharmacopoeia requirements (≤0.2Eu/ml) after a single filtration, with no adsorption affecting product content or yield. It completely replaces the traditional activated carbon method for removing pyrogens and significantly improves clarity.
Applicable to:
Traditional Chinese medicine water injections (compound, single), large-volume infusion preparations, freeze-dried powder injection preparations (such as Huanglian, Siberian ginseng, Dendrobium flower, safflower, Houttuynia cordata, bitter herb, Scutellaria baicalensis, fragrant herb, ginseng and wheat);
Refinement of biochemical drugs, removal of proteins and pyrogens (such as thymosin, transfer factor, heparin sodium, enzyme preparations, etc.).
