The filter column type microporous filter housing and related accessories are made of SUS316L stainless steel, with a surface smoothness of up to 0.04um. Its design fully adopts a cartridge quick-connect design, with no dead space, easy to clean, and can be sterilized at high temperatures, meeting GMP standards. The main component of the filter, the filter membrane material, is entirely made from current microporous filter materials (polyethersulfone, polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene) using a hot-melt process, featuring a non-adhesive structure with no shedding, clean and stable, high filtration precision. All products undergo 100% integrity testing before leaving the factory and meet the bacterial retention test requirements of the US HIMA. Compared to flat membranes, it has an incomparable high retention rate, low pressure drop at high flow rates, and broad chemical compatibility. Various models and materials of filter elements can be matched with stainless steel housings to meet users' diverse filtration needs.
